13. Age Requirement

17. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and IngredientList with respect to the Site and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.

No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of that term or any other term.
