Suggested Use
Shake container well before each use to prevent settling. Mix one level scoop with 8 oz of cold water and consume 15-45 minutes before your workout. Use only one serving within a 24-hour period. OUTRAGE may be stronger than other preworkouts you have tried; never exceed one scoop. Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water throughout the day
