Suggested Use
For immediate Essential Amino Acid supplementation for lean muscle building and hydration... take one scoop of Hydra EAA and mix with 12-16 oz of cold water and drink immediately before physical activity. For rapid and accelerated recovery due to dehydration and extreme physical exertion take 2-3 scoops of Hydra EAA and mix with 24-36 oz cold water and drink immediately. For overall positive protein synthesis and complete body hydration take 3-4 scoops of Hydra EAA and mix with 36-96 oz of cold water and drink throughout the day. Hydra EAA can be mixed with other dietary supplements such as Preworkouts, Glutamine, Creatine, BCAA', Vitamin Formulas and other such products ... to provide Essential Amino Acid fortification and added hydration benefits. Hydra EAA may also improve on the overall effectiveness of adding it to these other products before, during or after physical activity.
