It provides 30 grams of protein per serving from a blend of pea protein isolate, pumpkin seed protein concentrate, and organic sunflower seed protein concentrate, along with 12 grams of essential amino acids and 5 grams of glutamic acid to support muscle rebuilding. The formula includes 480 mg of CherryPURE® Montmorency tart cherry and 2 billion CFU of the shelf-stable probiotic Bacillus subtilis DE111®, which is heat-stable and designed to survive digestion.
