Suggested Use
Shake container well before each use. Mix 1 scoop into 8 - 12 oz of water and consume 30-45 minutes before working out. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Do not take more than one serving in a 24-hour period.

Each serving contains 370 mg of caffeine, about as much as 2 cups of strong coffee.
