Suggested Use
Stir or Blend 1 teaspoon (5 g) briskly into at least 8 oz. of water, smoothie or juice and drink immediately. Be sure to consume plenty of fluids throughout the day. Start with smaller amounts and gradually increase over several weeks. Bake into Gluten-Free, Keto or Paleo-Friendly bread, muffin, or cookie recipes. Mix into oatmeal or yogurt for added fiber and texture.
