Suggested Use
Add one sachet of powder to a cold or lukewarm 8 oz or larger drink (juice, smoothie, coffee, tea, water, etc.) or food (yogurt, oatmeal, etc.). Take one sachet per day, preferably after a meal. You can take up to two sachets per day.
