Onnit's New Mood® is a dietary supplement formulated to support daily relaxation and mood by assisting the body's natural serotonin production. It combines L-tryptophan and 5-HTP from Griffonia simplicifolia seed extract as amino acid precursors, along with vitamin B6 to aid conversion, plus a proprietary Tranquility Blend™ that includes chamomile flower, lemon balm, and valerian root for calming effects.
This product uses magnesium bisglycinate chelate from Albion®, a patented form known for high bioavailability, and inositol hexanicotinate, a non-flushing form of niacin. The manufacturer suggests taking two capsules in the evening to help unwind from daily stress, with a maximum of six capsules per 24 hours. It is available in a 60-count vegetarian capsule format, also offered in a 30-count variant, and is certified gluten-free and soy-free.

Suggested Use
