Suggested Use
3-5 Years Old: Consult your physician for serving recommendation. Do not exceed 5 drops (1 mg) 6-12 Years Old: Take 10 drops (2 mg) 12 Years & Older: Take 15 drops (3 mg) Adults: Take 25 drops (5 mg) or as needed. Do not exceed 10 mg. Take drops orally 30-60 minutes before bedtime. Place in mouth and swallow. Alternatively, drops can be added to water or juice. Shake well before each use.
