Suggested Use
Swallow one tablet one hour before bedtime or as directed by a physician. Tablets must be swallowed whole. Do not crush or dissolve in liquids as this will destroy the extended release system that extends dissolve time. Tablets may be swallowed with foods like applesauce, mashed potatoes, or peanut butter followed by water. Individual tablets may darken over time but the potency and efficacy is not affected.
