Suggested Use
Safe for people over 1 year of age who are not allergic to bees or bee products. Insert the nozzle into each nostril and depress the pump completely while breathing in through the nose. Spray 1-2 pumps in each nostril in any 4-hour period up to 3 times per day. Optional: Tilt head back for 1-2 minutes after spraying. Expect to blow your nose a few minutes after spraying. Always blow your nose gently. Clean the nozzle after each use. Store at room temperature or refrigerate. If nasal tissues are inflamed, it is normal for a short sting to occur, which goes away with repeated use. If it persists, discontinue use and seek the care of a medical professional. Spray on a cotton swab, then swab each nostril. Spray the back of the throat. When in crowded spaces: Schools, Airplanes, Work, Restaurants, Gyms, Stores, Hospitals, & Cruise Ships. When airborne allergens are present: Pollen, Mold, Grasses, Pollution & Smoke. When around people who are coughing or sneezing. As part of regular hygiene program, use once per day, or as needed.
