Suggested Use
As a dietary supplement, take 3 capsules daily (take 1 capsule in the morning and take 2 capsules 2 hours before sleeping) with 8-12 oz of water or as directed by your healthcare professional. Two capsules at night is recommended in the first week of taking Magtein®. Do not exceed 4g Magtein® per day.
Warning
For healthy individuals 18 years and older. Like other magnesium products, Magtein® may induce sleepiness, drowsiness or headaches. This may indicate a magnesium deficiency and is temporary.
