Jigsaw Health's MagSRT® is a sustained-release magnesium supplement designed to support muscle function, energy production, and restful sleep. It provides 500 mg of elemental magnesium per serving from Albion® DiMagnesium Malate, a patented form noted for high absorption, and includes active B-vitamin cofactors (B6 as P-5-P, folate as Quatrefolic®, and B12 as methylcobalamin) to aid utilization.
This product is differentiated by its proprietary Sustained Release Technology (SRT), which the manufacturer states gradually releases magnesium over approximately 8 hours to enhance absorption and minimize digestive discomfort.
