Suggested Use
Add 2 scoops to 8 ounces of water, milk or coffee and mix until smooth. For best taste, consume within 15 minutes of blending ‡ . Also, use as a pudding or in yogurt, oatmeal, pancake mix or any recipe. ‡The natural digestive enzyme blend ProHydrolase® begins working when blended with liquid and may cause bitterness over time. This does not occur when using BioTRUST® Low Carb in baking.
