Suggested Use
Take 1 Liqui-Cap twice per day, morning and afternoon between meals. Do not take with food. This is an ultra-concentrated formula. Never exceed one Liqui-Cap per serving or the daily recommended dosage. Do not take within 6 hours of sleep. For best results use daily for a period of 1-2 months. Regular exercise and proper diet are essential for achieving your weight loss goals. As individuals vary so may results from using this product. This product uses a combination of synthetic and natural ingredients.

Storage 59-80°F and 35-65% RH. Away from direct sunlight.Do not use if under the age of 18, pregnant, nursing or sensitive caffeine. Do not consume caffeine or any stimulants from other sources, including but not limited to energy drinks, coffee, soda, dietary supplements or medications. Each serving contains 200 mg of caffeine, about as much as 1 1/2 cups of strong coffee. Do not use longer than 2 months. Follow with a 1-month off-period.
