Suggested Use
As a dietary supplement, adults mix 1 serving (1 tablespoon or approx. 1/2 cap) of iSatori® L-Carnitine with 5-7 oz. of cold water twice daily. It can be used on its own or with other iSatori supplements to help you achieve your goals faster. Shake before use. Refrigerate after opening. To be used as part of a resistance exercise program.
