Suggested Use
Mix 1 level scoop (30 grams) with 6 oz of cold water or your favorite beverage. No blender necessary, powder will mix instantly. ISOpwdr can be consumed 30 to 60 minutes prior to workouts & immediately after workouts to increase muscle building and recovery. ISOpwdr can also be consumed throughout the day as a high protein drink to supplement desired protein macro levels, as well as, a very low calorie protein snack in between meals to curb food cravings.
