Suggested Use
Mix 1 level scoop (30 grams) with 6oz of cold water or your favorite beverage ... no blender necessary, powder will mix instantly. ISOpwdr can be consumed 30 to 60 minutes prior to workouts & immediately after workouts to increase muscle building and recovery. ISOpwdr can also be consumed throughout the day as a high protein drink to supplement desired protein macro levels, as well as, a very low calorie protein snack in between meals to curb food cravings.
