Suggested Use
Due to the strength of InsuLean™, we recommend 1-2 capsules per meal containing 30 - 60 grams of carbs. For meals containing 75 - 150 grams or more, use 2-3 capsules. Do not exceed 3 capsules per carbohydrate meal.
