Suggested Use
Start with 1 scoop to assess your tolerance. Beginner Dose or When Stacking: Mix 1 scoop with 4-6 oz of cold water, 20-30 minutes before training. Xtreme Dose: mix 2 scoops with 8-10 oz of cold water, 20-30 minutes before training.
