Suggested Use
Mix 1 scoop (9g per scoop) with cold water (9-16 fl. oz. per scoop) and consume before, during or after athletic activity. Vary amount of liquid to preferred taste. Use only as directed. Scoops are estimate only, weighing scales are recommended.
