Suggested Use
As a dietary supplement, take four (4) capsules, one serving, each day upon waking, on an empty stomach. Initial use to assess your tolerance, take two (2) capsules a day on an empty stomach. After three days, it experiencing no discomfort, start taking four (4) capsules a day. To deliver benefits throughout the entire day, you may take two (2) capsules twice a day on an empty stomach, once upon waking in the morning and once in the afternoon. Take for 60 days for best results.
