Suggested Use
(Adult) For daily maintenance, take six (6) Liquid Soft-Gels per day in divided doses, with meals and a full glass (8 oz) of water. Do not take more than three (3) Liquid Soft-Gels in one dose and do not exceed six (6) Liquid Soft-Gels in one day. If caffeine keeps you up at night, do not take this product in the evening since it contains natural caffeine.
