Suggested Use
Mix or shake 1 scoop of DIESEL in 4 fl. oz. (1/2 cup) of cold water, milk or beverage of your choice. Adjust amount of liquid to suit taste, but less is morel Ideal for any high-protein recipe like pancakes, smoothies, protein ice cream or high-protein cereal milk. EASY TO MIX: DIESEL mixes so easily, you can just use a fork, or you can use a shaker cup or a blender. For best mixing results, add liquid before powder.
