Suggested Use
Adults-One serving per day. With consultation of a doctor, gradually increase to desired daily intake. Take with food. Take each serving with at least 8 ounces (a full glass) of water or other liquid. Swallow one capsule at a time. Drinking additional liquid is helpful. If minor gas or bloating occurs, reduce the amount you take until your system adjusts. Use every day for best results. Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you are taking any other drug. Take this product at least 2 hours before or after taking other drugs.
