Suggested Use
Workout Days: Take 1 serving (12.5 g) with 8 to 10 oz of cold water after your workout. Non-Workout Days: CVOL™ has a cumulative effect and should be taken in the AM. CVOL™ stacks well with CARBION™ & IMPACT Igniter™.
