Suggested Use
(Adult) Take three (3) Liquid Soft-Gels in the morning prior to breakfast and three (3) Liquid Soft-Gels in the evening prior to bedtime. Drink a full glass (8 oz) of water with each serving. If stools are loose, reduce the amount of Liquid Soft-Gels in the morning and evening.
