NOW Foods Chitosan is a dietary supplement formulated for weight management, featuring a patented form of chitosan combined with chromium. The formula includes LipoSan ULTRA®, a high-density chitosan that, according to manufacturer-provided laboratory testing, can bind up to five times more fat than conventional chitosan, and it has been referenced in a clinical study for supporting healthy body weight. Chromium is included as Albion™ chromium nicotinate glycinate, a mineral essential for normal glucose metabolism.

Suggested Use
Take 3 capsules immediately before the 2 main meals of the day. Do not exceed 6 capsules per day. Take in conjunction with a sensible diet and exercise program. Take at least 4 hours before or after fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K) or medications.
