Suggested Use
Due to the strength of Carni-10™ we recommend you assess your tolerance with 2 capsules with a meal in the AM and 2 capsules with a meal in the PM. Once assessed, you may take up to 4 capsules in the AM and 4 capsules in the PM. Do not exceed 8 capsules daily. For best results, combine with a proper nutrition and training program.
