Suggested Use
For Adults: Individual needs may vary. Start with approximately a half-teaspoon (1.5 g) daily and gradually increase to approximately 2 teaspoons (6.1 g) per day as needed. For Fastest Preparation: Place powder in a glass or mug; add approx. 2-3 oz of hot water. Let it fizz, then stir until dissolved. Fill with warm or cold water and enjoy.
