Suggested Use
As a dietary supplement, take 1 serving (15 g) of BCAA Revolution™ with 10-14 oz of cold water (adjust water amount for taste preference) and shake well. On training days, consume 1 scoop during exercise and 1 scoop after. On non-training days, consume 2 scoops throughout the day. For optimal results, use 2 servings of BCAA Revolution™ per day.
